From July 1, 2020, Georgia is opening its borders for tourists, becoming one of the first countries in the world to open to tourism after the coronavirus pandemic. This was announced today at a government meeting by the Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gaharia.

Akaki and his Lada

Akaki is a local guide who told me so much about Tbilisi and Georgia. He is very proud of his Soviet tour vehicle which is actually in a perfect condition! He was very eager to pose in front of Tbilisi’s Metekhi Church.
